RL BX

RL BX are washable filter cartridges produced by Atlas Filtri. Designed to remove coarser sediment and to ensure rigidity and structural integrity thanks to its polypropylene frame, the cartridge can be washed various times before discard. The configuration of RL BX is single-open-ended (SOE) with double o-ring cap (222) and 2.4” outer diameter. Filtration rate is offered in 50 microns with pressure drop as low as 1.4 psi at 18 gpm, with lengths at 10” and 20” and capacity up to 18 gpm (66 lpm). RL BX series can be used with both cold and hot water, from a minimum of 39.2°F (4°C) to a maximum of 113°F (45°C). These washable cartridges can be used in different ways, residential Point of Entry (POE) and as pre-filter in commercial and industrial applications are just two options. RL BX is especially designed for heavy duty filtration and pre-filtration in water treatment, water conditioning, softeners, media filters and Reverse Osmosis.
